  After each speaker there will the opportunity to ask questions. 12:45 to 1:30 ( approx. ) - Lunch break
  Afternoon session
  Order of speakers:

•  Jenny Osbourne, CEO, TPAS - “Why Communities Need Tenant Involvement More Than Ever”

•  Mark Hoskission, UNITE - “The Impact Of Tory Government Policy On Staff, Tenants, and Housing Providers”

  After each speaker there will the opportunity to ask questions.

  At the end of the morning and afternoon sessions there will be an open discussion, to agree what issues attendees wish LHG to take forward.
